Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Sessions must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Bookings can be made through our online booking system, via phone/text, or in person. A minimum notice period may be required for booking sessions, typically 24-48 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the session. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the discretion of the trainer. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to availability. Multiple rescheduling requests for the same session may be subject to the cancellation policy. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within one week of the original booking. Please note that adherence to the booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies ensures fair allocation of time and resources for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
